A casino night is a great way to organize a fun event to raise funds for a non-profit. Casino-themed fund raising events get people excited! No one skips out on attending a casino party… They’re always a blast! But tell people you’re having a trivia night or a bake sell and it’s a different story!

How Does A Casino Night Fundraiser Work?

Short answer: Like a charm! After all, the odds are in the favor of the house, right?

After you have a date, a venue and have requested a quote from us, getting the most out of your fundraiser to make it a success is the fun part! You are free to run your fundraiser however you wish, but here are some things we’ve seen implemented that work very well!

Your guests will get a limited bankroll when they first arrive to your event. Maybe $25 or $50 in play money. At any casino and even a casino party, that won’t get you very far! When players run out of chips, they can then ‘purchase’ or donate to get more chips to play with. You can entice players to get more chips by discounting if they buy more!

If $10 gets a player $100, then $20 gets $300! If 50 players rebuy for $20, you’ve just raised another $1,000 dollars! As the evening continues, you can also raise the minimums on the tables, too!

When the casino closes, players then turn their chips back in for raffle tickets for the drawing of prizes. We’ve also had live auctions where the guests then compete against each other for prizes, too.

When it’s all said and done, EVERYONE WINS with a casino night fundraiser!
