When looking for a casino party vendor, many clients are unaware that there are companies attempting to give the impression that they’re local to you and practically right down the street. Their Google ads and website blogs give the impression that they’re right in your own city when the reality is that they’re far from it.
Sometimes it’s a national company who will just hire out a local vendor and then add their mark up. The end result is that you pay MORE than what you should have.
Other times it’s a company that claims to service the entire state (so they’re technically ‘local’ to everyone), casting a wide net and hoping to cash in on your wallet.
The end result is the same: You’re going to pay a significant amount more with the additional travel and delivery fees that get tacked on. They market hard in hopes that you won’t shop around and find a better price… and better tables and slots.
Another reason to ensure your vendor is actually local is that they know the area better than anyone else. They can anticipate the unexpected. Traffic, weather, the short cuts and other events happening are all things that local vendors use to plan the setup and break down schedules.
So what can you do? Get an actual address of the vendor (all vendors!) and make sure they’re actually based there. Casino Knight is based in Huntsville and has an actual showroom where clients can come in and actually see what it is they’ll be getting at their events. Our pricing is all inclusive, meaning the price you see on our site IS the price you’re getting. No additional set up fees.
If a vendor isn’t even in the same county, you can be rest assured they’ll be charging more to bring everything to you.
