In July, the inaugural Huntsvegas Tattoo Expo made a spectacular debut. Tattoo enthusiasts from all over the country gathered to witness the best artists in the industry. The event was held at the Von Braun Center, right in the heart of downtown Huntsville. Known locally as Huntsvegas, the city embraced its playful nickname for the occasion.
True to the spirit of Huntsvegas, the expo adopted a vibrant, Vegas-styled theme. The VBC North Hall was transformed into a dazzling casino setting. We set up authentic casino tables to immerse guests in the high-energy atmosphere of Las Vegas. Additionally, Showgirls graced the event, adding to the glamorous ambiance.
Guests at the expo had the opportunity to book their tattoos on the spot, making it a unique and interactive experience. The event was more than just a tattoo convention; it was a celebration of art and entertainment.
Attendees were treated to a variety of entertainment options throughout the event. They enjoyed lively music performances that set an upbeat tone. A traveling circus show, Doctor Finnegan’s Circus, added an element of surprise and excitement.
The expo featured a three-day casino party aimed at raising funds for a noble cause. Proceeds from the event benefited Big Brothers Big Sisters, supporting their mission of mentorship and community outreach. The casino party was a major highlight, blending fun and philanthropy seamlessly.
